Explanation of the initial context, the idea, the developed solution, and how we eliminated our backlog and improved the documentation of delivery receipts in the system.
In less than a week, we successfully eliminated a continuous backlog of 30 pallets of material. We went from having to work overtime every week and considering the addition of two more employees to being fully in control of our goods reception and able to undertake continuous improvement projects with the same resources.
