How to Speed Up Receiving Operations and Simplify Documentation

Explanation of the initial context, the idea, the developed solution, and how we eliminated our backlog and improved the documentation of delivery receipts in the system.

In less than a week, we successfully eliminated a continuous backlog of 30 pallets of material.
